ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Outbound - AAF case note created displays html tags when the Send URL is enabled in AAF  

It was noticed that when the Send URL is enabled in AAF, the Outbound - AAF note created displays html tags in the case note. The outbound email sent is okay.

Case Notes should also have the same format as displayed in the mail.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build a simple Policy in AAF.

2. Configure the Policy so that it sends email based on Action and Condition mentioned.

I have created for Case Status Changed.

Create a Case and change the status of the Case.

This Policy will trigger and you can notice Case Note being added and at the same time mail being sent.
 

3. We notice that HTML tags are being added to the Case Notes.
 

4. But the same when checked in the mail, no HTML tags present.
