Two Question Format for Ethnicity Not Displayed (Doc ID 1952289.1)

Symptoms

The Two Question Format for Ethnicity is not used even when specified on the Installation Table.

Navigation: Self Service > Personal Information > Ethnic Groups

Steps:
1. Go to the Installation Table > Country Specific page and enable Two-Question Format (Ethnicity).
2. Sign in as DEMO data Empl ID KU0113.
3. Go to the Personal Information Summary page and note that Ethnic Groups does not have data.
4. Go to the Ethnic Groups page and note that the Two-Question Format is not used.
