E-BIP/XMLP: Hyperlinks With Special Characters ( e.g. # hash) Are Not Correct In PDF Output Generated By BI Publisher (Doc ID 1953270.1)

When inserting a hyperlink which contains '#' (hash) character with the following URL:

then, use BI Publisher to generate the PDF from the template the URL within the PDF is incorrect as the # symbol is replaced by something else.

This is what it is showing when the user hovers over the hyperlink in the PDF document:" \l "hyperlinks

And if the user clicks on the link it attempts to open the following in the browser:" \l "hperlinks

Which displays an invalid page as the link is not valid.
