Symptoms
Customers see the following error when opening the ExcelToCI spreadsheet. In most cases the error is seen after installing the latest Microsoft Windows Updates in early December 2014, while in other cases it is seen after installing Microsoft Lync 20XX (for example, Lync 2013).
"Run-time error '438':
Object doesn't support this property or method"
If the user clicks on Debug, the debugger opens the line of code below (in the Private Sub Workbook_Open()).
