Goal
Question: Is Direct Reports Table process designed to include terminated supervisors?
Answer: The process was loading inactive employees only where no active employee with that same Reports To was already loaded. Theoretically, the terminated employee could see direct reports; but since a terminated employee should no longer have log-in privilege, this should not create a problem. The terminated employee will never show up in a Direct Reports page or on the Company Directory. Nonetheless, the data should not be on that table. It was reported as <Bug 18919305> for HRMS 9.1 and it has been fixed in both 9.1 and 9.2 now, so that the terminated supervisors are not present on the table.
