EGL9.2: Administrator Change in WorkCenter Query Description is not Reflected to Other Users. (Doc ID 1954062.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

  1. User is not able to delete the Query Group on the 'Queries Pagelet Personalization' page.
  2. Administrator change in WorkCenter Query Description is not reflected to other users if users changed (personalized) the display order.
  3. The Description for Query Name in the Queries Pagelet Personalization page does not reflect the Administrator's Query Name Description.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

  1. User should be able to delete the Query Group on the 'Queries Pagelet Personalization' page.
  2. Administrator change in WorkCenter Query Description should also reflect to other users even if users changed (personalized) the display order.
  3. The Description for Query Name in the Queries Pagelet Personalization page should reflect the Administrator's Query Name Description.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in with user GLS1 and go to the GL WorkCenter.
  2. Go to Personalize.
  3. Issue 1: User GLS1 cannot delete the Query Group on the Queries Pagelet Personalization page because the delete button (- sign) is grayed out.
  4. Change display order and press Save.
  5. PS_FSPC_USR_QRYLST is populated now for OPRID GLS1.
  6. Go to the GL WorkCenter and display order is reflected correctly.
  7. Sign in with user VP1.
  8. Navigate to Enterprise Components > WorkCenter/DashBoards > Configure Pagelets and open General Ledger WorkCenter.
  9. 'Allow User to Personalize the Display Options' and 'Allow User to Add Additional Links' are both enabled.
  10. The administrator changes the query pagelet description (add Changed) for Query Name ADB_MTD and ADB_YTD.
  11. Click on ‘Activate Queries Settings’.
  12. Go to the GL WorkCenter and the Description is reflected correctly.
  13. Sign in with user GLS1.
  14. Go to the GL WorkCenter > Reports/Queries.
  15. Issue 2: Description is NOT changed for My Queries. This is wrong, all users should see the same administrator description.
  16. Go to Personalize.
  17. Issue 3: Description for Query name is also not changed in Queries Pagelet Personalization.
