Edit Requisitions Through Manage Requisitions Page Causes Timeout and Gives Proxy Error

When a requisition with a large number of lines is edited from the Manage Requisitions page, it will timeout and throw a proxy error, thus causing performance issues.
ERROR - "Proxy Error: The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server."
