Learner Status in Assignment Component Roster, Not Saving Status Change to Completed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1:

1. Log in as an Administrator and {search/select} a roster with an Assignment Learning Component.
2. Navigate to the Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Learning Tasks >Administer Class Roster > {click} Class Component link > {click} Details button
3. Change the value in the Completion Status drop-down menu for a learner
4. Click Save
5. Completion Status reverts to what it was previously and grays out
6. Also, "Select All" and "Clear All" checkbox fields at bottom of page but no Group Action field.

Scenario 2:

1. Log in as an Instructor and {search/select} a roster with an Assignment Learning Component.
2. Navigate to the Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Instructor Tasks > Mark Grade and Attendance> {click} Class Component link > {click} Details button
3. Change the value in the Completion Status drop-down menu for a learner
4. Click Save
5. Completion Status reverts to what it was previously and grays out
6. Also, "Select All" and "Clear All" checkbox fields at bottom of page but no Group Action field.
