Symptoms

On PeopleTools 8.5x, Integration Broker basic setup is in place, local node is pingable, and the gateway keystore's password encrypted value is set up in gateway properties.

However all attempts to run the Consume Web Service Wizard using any WSDL URL are failing, returning the below two-line error message:
