E-PSEM: Issue When Trying To Create OEM / AMS Job Of Type: "PS Purge Archive Log"

Symptoms
On version 12.1.0.2.0, Automation and Monitoring (Jobs, Metrics, Notification, Reporting non-Specific to a Particular Target Type)
Issue when trying to create OEM / AMS job of type: "PS Purge Archive Log"
Getting error when trying to create a purge/archive log job for PeopleSoft application server and process scheduler logs. When clicking on "parameter" tab in job setup, we get the bellow error in console:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Library Job: PS Purge Archive Log
2. Select Target Type: PS Process Scheduler Domain and Add targets (3)
3. Click the 'Parameter' tab
4. Receive Error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create PS Purge Archive Log job.
