Symptoms
Voucher Build fails with Unique Constraint error.
Steps:
----------
1) Load data into VCHR_HDR_STG, VCHR_LINE_STG and VCHR_DIST_STG from External System.
2) Run Voucher Build process to load the vouchers from Staging.
Error message:
