ISSUE/ERROR
==============
Journal goes out of error during edit when transactions from Accounts Payable (AP) bring both primary and secondary line in as separate journal lines when using Multi-Book. We also noticed that it seems to only impact where transactions include an open item key

EXPECTED RESULTED
======================
It is expected that when journals that have a multibook ledger that are setup to keep ledgers in sync, the lines will generate to GL with the same line number and be in sync for chartfield detail

ACTUAL RESULTS
==============
Journals from AP using multibook, generate to General Ledger(GL) with primary as line 1 and secondary as line 2 ...when edit is run lines are created trying to keep each line "in sync" and it throws the journal out of balance.

BUSINESS IMPACT
====================
Because journal is out of balance, the journal can not be posted
