Current Document not shown In Employee Self Service for Some Employees who had a NAME Change with an EFFDT Later than Period End Date of their Document (Doc ID 1955902.1)

Symptoms

1) Employees are unable to see their most Current Performance Document in Employee Self Service page.

The Employee receives the Message "There are no Current Performance Documents"

2) When a Manager Navigates to Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Create Documents and create a new Performance Document for an Employee.

The Process runs Successfully; however When the Manager, navigates to Manager Self Service > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Current Documents and a message says "There are no Current Performance Documents for which you are the Manager."

The Document has been Created because it will not allow the Manager to create the same document with the same date parameters. The Message says the Document Already Exists.
