EGL9.2: Does WorkCenter Use Online User Preferences Settings For GL Processes (Doc ID 1956987.1)

Goal

WorkCenter is not using user preferences for journal edit when launched by selecting the Edit action and clicking GO.

'Recalc Exchange Rate' option selected and when running from the Online journal entry page it works successfully but when running from work center, it does not.
How to get the work center to use the user preferences settings ?
