Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Security


The query tree QUERY_TREE_EOCM in HCM cannot be opened.

ERROR
-----------------------
Cannot Get Tree (92,3054)

The system cannot get the tree from cache or the database.

This may be because:
1. The tree does not exist - check that the tree keys are correct.
2. The tree is branched - check that the tree key parameters include the branch name.
3. Invalid cache - delete your cache files.
4. An internal system error.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PeopleTools> Security> Query Security> Query Access Manager
 2. Search Prompt Popup

Due to this issue, users cannot see query tree.
