On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting
When attempting to change the employee certification message 13500,30 entry in message catalog to cancel from message type the timesheet then generates a critical error and the time cannot be saved.

Called from TL_TR_WEEK.EMPLID.SavePreChange Statement: 41
Refer to the message text to determine the cause of the error.
In order to continue you must cancel your current page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change message catalog 13500,30 from Severity Message to Severity Cancel.
2. Report time in self service for KU0007 and submit the time...this is when the message is received.
The issue has the following business impact:
Cannot save timesheet.
