Deal is set up and on "Interest Dates", the option of using "Nominal Dates" is set up. The Deal is supposed to take the Rate from the Prior Day in order to do the calculation needed so, the "Reset Option" is set to -1. However when running the Automated Rate Reset process, which prompts the TR_POSN process, the process will abend at Step TR_POSN_LIB.FCHDATES.FCHDATE2 with an error.
This does not happen when the option of "Use Actual Interest Dates" is selected instead of "Use Nominal Dates". Unfortunately, the system needs to take the rate of weekend and holidays for the final interest calculation.
