On the Purchasing, Procurement Card, Reconcile Statement page, saving the page is controlled by chartfield status of the last row. When the chartfield status of the last row is valid you are able to save invalid chartfield combinations. But when the charfield status of the last row is recycle you receive a message "Chartfield combinations must be correct prior to exiting the page."

The issue is that the page does not issue errors for the invalid chartfields if the last row is valid. If the last row is not valid the page will issue an error on all lines with chartfield issues. So if the last row is valid you can approve and save an push the data to voucher build. At voucher build
you will get the chartfield message on the combo edits.
