When a manager who has multiple jobs views the Direct Reports pagelet on Manager Dashboard, the pagelet displays only the employees reporting to the Employee Record Number with the maximum value for that manager. For example, if Manager is active in Employee Record 0 and Employee Record 1, the system will display only the employees who report to Employee Record 1. The system should display all the direct reports for all the manager's active jobs, regardless of which record is designated as the primary in the Job Indicator field.
1. Identify (or set up) any manager who has multiple jobs, with employees reporting to both jobs (that is, manager should have multiple Employee Record Numbers, such as EMPL_RCD = 0 and EMPL_RCD = 1).
2. Log in as that manager and go to Direct Reports pagelet in Manager Dashboard.
3. Notice that only the employees that report to the manager's highest job record number are listed.
Due to this issue, manager is hindered in completing managerial tasks related to employees reporting to other record numbers.
