Symptoms


ISSUE:  When Manager tries to use Manager Self Service, the "Set Up HRMS" folder is opened instead of the expected page to select a Direct Report.  No content within the Set Up HRMS folder is available.

 

REPLICATION STEPS:

1.  Grant access to the Menu HCM_PLUG_INS, Component HR_DR_DIRECTREPORT, to give Managers access to the Direct Reports selection page.

2.  Log in as a manager and go to Manager Self Service >

The Setup HRMS component is displayed.
