Symptoms
The transformation framework XSLT program HMTF_TR is slow for WORKFORCE_SYNC and WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC messages. The HMTF_TR_OA and HMTF_TR_IA transformation programs no longer works for these messages.
There are also performance issues with Sub messages for PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message.
