On : 9.1 bundle 21 version, Collections Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collections Workbench Does Not Email Statement Attachment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should email statement as attachment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Collections Workbench and open a customer
2. Go to Correspondence and enter a statement id in the search field and click on search
3. Click on email

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
This is a critical issue as noted by customer. They are going live on October and this issue has been encountered during their UAT
