The 'Ship To Customer' is Not Populated on Express Issues the Type of Vendor Return when using the 'Select All' Icon on the 'RTV Selection' Page (Doc ID 1960381.1)

When creating an Express Issue the type of 'Vendor Return' (navigation: Inventory, Fulfill Stock Orders, Stock Requests, Express Issue) the 'Ship To Customer' field is left blank when fetching RTV's (via the hyperlink) and using the 'Select All' icon. The issue does not occur when selecting RTV's one by one manually.
