Symptoms

Upon entering the initial info on HR Helpdesk Self Service Case page and click "Save My Case", the following error appears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Main Menu > Employee Self Service > HR HelpDesk > Create Case

2. Fill in the required information and click "Save My Case" button -- error appears.
