Symptoms

The below error is issued when saving and submitting a Requisition (navigation: Services Procurement, Create Requisition) and using Automatic Sourcing:

SQL.Fetch: object isn't open on a select. (2,288) FUNCLIB_SPF.SP_REQ_STATUS.FieldFormula  Name:SproEproReqStatus
Called from:SP.SP_INTEGRATION.SPRO_EPRO.OnExecute  Name:UpdateStatus
Called from:FUNCLIB_PP.REQ_STATUS.FieldFormula  Name:SetsProReqStatus
Called from:PV_REQ_WRK.PV_SAVE_AND_SUBMIT.SavePostChange


The issue is not Workflow related as the issue also occurs when no approval is required for the Requisition.
