Last updated on AUGUST 04, 2016

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Inventory - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The following tables are not purged when running the 'Inventory Data Purge' process (IN_PURGE) (navigation: Inventory, Purge) to purge inactive Items:

ITEM_MFG_UPN_FS (Universal Item Identifier data) while ITEM_MFG is purged
ITEM_MFG_GPO (Item Manufacturer GPO data) while ITEM_MFG is purged
SF_REPL_INV (Production Replenishment Location data)
PV_ITM_CATEGORY (Item Related Category data)
PROD_CREATE_TMP

This is creating problems when reloading purged Items using the IN_MST_ITM_XLS CI with ExceltoCI and running the 'Item Loader' process (IN_ITMLOAD). At Step IN_ITMLOADV.Validate.Basic.OnExecute, the process is checking if there are rows in the above tables and issuing the below eror when rows are found.

Record Already Exists: Add not Allowed
