Deleting Attachment from a Contracts does not Delete the Attachment from Server
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a new contract
2) Add an attachment.
3) Save the Contract
4) Verify that the attachment exists on the FTP server.
5) Open the Contract
6) Delete the attachment
7) Save the Contract
8) See that the attachment was not deleted from the FTP server.
