Symptoms

When there are two contract lines in the table PS_CA_PR_SUMM with the same activity, the engine PSA_ACCTGGL abends at the step 'CA_FEE_PRCS.GetPR3_1.GtBse' with a unique constraint.

REPLICATION STEPS
-------------------------
- Create a government contract for unit US001.
- Add 2 rate-based contract lines.
- Open the Contract Terms for line 1. Select a rate plan and select project 0000000118 and activity 000000000000001.
- Open the Contract Terms for line 2. Select the same rate plan and select project 0000000118 and activity 000000000000002.
- Assign a different incurred revenue and billing plan to each contract line.
- Activate the contract.
- Add an ACT transaction for project 0000000118 / activity 000000000000001 and press Process Transactions. The system has created a BIL and REV row.
- Add an ACT transaction for project 0000000118 / activity 000000000000002 and press Process Transactions. The system has created a BIL and REV row.
- The table PS_CA_PR_SUMM has been populated.
- Open the Contract Terms for line 1. Delete the project/activity and save the page.
- Open the Contract Terms for line 2. Change the activity from 000000000000002 to 000000000000001.
- Add an ACT transaction for project 0000000118 / activity 000000000000001 and press Process Transactions. The system has created a BIL and REV row.
- The table PS_CA_PR_SUMM has been populated. Notice that contract line numbers 1 and 2 have the same activity 000000000000001. This should not be allowed and will cause a unique constraint when running the engine PSA_ACCTGGL.
- Open the revenue plan R101 (Tab Revenue Fee Worksheet). Check the box "Process Automatically". Also do the same for revenue plan R102.
- Run the PSA_ACCTGGL. Check all the Cost Plus Fee Type boxes. The process abends at the step "CA_FEE_PRCS.GetPR3_1.GtBse" with a unique constraint.
