When attempting to send a case note via email the following error appears:
Class Record: COL_WIDTH the alleged property is not a valid field name. (2,274)

It has been assumed that the property was specified object name field, but it is not on the current object. Use PeopleCode Debugger or PeopleCode trace to determine the point of failure and correct the program.

1. Add or select existing note on a CRM 9.2 helpdesk case.
2. Click Email button.   Error occurs.
