E-SEC/LDAP: FailedLogin Incrementing With Successful LDAP Authentication Locks User Account

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to tools 8.54.06 the users are getting locked out in clients environment without any failed logins occurring.
1- set up ldap authentication
2- enable password controls and set failed logins to X .
3- attempt logging in with an LDAP id Multiple ties using the correct password
Result Account is locked out after the user logs in X times ,
