On : Brazil 9.1, Report

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When printing Trial Balance Analytic/Sintetic (GLBRL003.SQR ) in portuguese (PSSQR.ini has THOUSAND-SEPARATOR and DECIMAL-SEPARATOR defined), the year appears as **** in the report header.
When those parameters are not defined, year appears correctly (although numbers are always formatted in portuguese and they should follow pssqr.ini configuration).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Trial Balance Analytic/Sintetic (GLBRL003.SQR ) should be printing with right format, even if the THOUSAND-SEPARATOR and DECIMAL-SEPARATOR are defined
