E-IB: JMS integration with weblogic when using Weblogic Security Policy users

PeopleTools 8.4-8.54, Integration Broker

When attempting to ping a JMS node pointing to an external weblogic JMS Queue with a weblogic security profile configured the following error occurs.

Ping Error
Integration Gateway ID Connector ID Connect URL Message Text
LOCAL JMSTARGET Integration Gateway: Message is unable to receive by JMSProvider. (158,10630)

When the security profile is removed from the queue in Weblogic, the ping node test is successful.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a security profile on weblogic using the following navigation on the weblogic side:
HOME>JMS Modules> Customname > Roles> Policies: Security Tab, Policies Tab
2. Set Policy Conditions to include Administrators Group with an -or- condition to include a USER:
3. Setup Peoplesoft node using the JMS target connector to include JMSUsername and JMSSecurityPrincipal to match the jms system username.
4. PING the node.
