Relevant Experience Checkbox Doesn't Appear On The Candidate Gateway , but is checked by default on TAM Side (Doc ID 1965646.1)

Symptoms

Issue :  Relevant experience checkbox does not appear on the Candidate Gateway (Careers side) but is auto-checked in the Work experience section appears in TAM.

Steps to replicate :

Login as External applicant on the Careers page and apply for a Job . Under the section on Work experience, relevant experience checkbox is not available.  However, when the External applicant data is reviewed on TAM - Manage Applicant - Edit Employment history, the Relevant experience checkbox is ticked/ checked by default.  It should be unchecked by default and left to the Recruiter's review and decision to check the box, as deemed appropriate.
