ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In CS 9 Bundle 36, the update to SSS_ADVISEE_LIST page is missing security check on Advisor Notes column and the My Advisee Notes pushbutton. It checks the user's security access to enter Advisor Notes before displaying that column and the push button.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigation: Main Menu > Self Service > Advisor Center > My Advisees:
If advisor has no access, the Advisor Notes column WILL NOT be displayed.
If the advisor has access, the Advisor Notes column WILL be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) In Application Designer, open object SSS_ADVISEE_LIST. Click the view PeopleCode for Activate event, and note this code:
/* Display format */
DERIVED_SSS_ADV.SSS_ADVISEE_DISP = "L";

If IsMenuItemAuthorized(MenuName.SSR_ADVISEE_OVRD, BarName.ADVISEMENT, ItemName.SAA_SS_ADVNOTE_ADD, Page.SAA_SS_ADVNOTE_ADD, %Action_Add) Then
  &AdviseeGrid.GetColumn("CREATE_ADV_NOTE").Visible = True;
Else
  &AdviseeGrid.GetColumn("CREATE_ADV_NOTE").Visible = True;
End-If;

2) Alternatively, set up Academic Advising Self Service, Advisor access obeys Security field checked ON, and all the fields in the Advising Notes group box turned off (unchecked).

3) Log into self service as a faculty member defined as an advisor with advisees. Navigate to Advisor Center, My Advisees. The Advisor Note links displays for all students. The Advisor can click the icon and create the note.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Users are unable to restrict advisor access to advisee notes per the functional setup documented.
