Error Saving Data on Veteran Status and Disability Self Service Pages: "An Error has Occurred"

When attempting to save data to the OFCCP Self Service pages, the following error occurs.


An error has occurred.
Your changes were not saved to the database. Contact your administrator to process the changes


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Self-Service > eProfile > Veteran Status & Attempt to Save on Selected Radio Button
2. Navigation: Self Service > eProfile > Disability & Attempt to Save on Selected Radio Buttons
3. Error Generated
