Closed POs not Listed in the eProcurement Manage Requisition Page

When entering the Business Unit and PO ID (In Completed status) Fields and try to search in the Manage Requisition Page no search results for Completed PO.
When searching with Business Unit and PO Status as "POs Completed", Still not getting any Requisition or PO listed in the Manage Requisition Page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From manage req page, put the BU and PO Status as "POs Completed"
2. System is giving no results.
3- Enter the PO id and still no results will display.
