SQL Error in Vendor Search with Apostrophe in Short Vendor Name

System throws a SQL error in Vendor Search with apostrophe in short vendor name while creating a requisition


The following error is displayed:
"SQL error in Exec. (2,280) VNDR_PANELS_WRK.FETCH_VENDORS.FieldFormula Name:retrieve_items PCPC:7207 Statement:138
Called from:VNDR_PANELS_WRK.FIRST_ITEM_BUTTON.FieldChange Name:get_first_chunk Statement:9
Called from:VNDR_PANELS_WRK.FIRST_ITEM_BUTTON.FieldChange Statement:25

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lets take a Vendor with Apostrophe in Vendor Shortname.

2. Navigate to eProcurement > Create Requisition > Define Requisition tab

3. When entering Vendor, click on "Vendor Lookup" magnifying glass icon

4. On "Vendor Search" screen enter "ERNIE'S-001" in Short Vendor Name, then Find
