Segmentation triggers for change of paygroup and change of pay system (segmentation trigger events HSPAYGRP and HSPAYSYS) are being generated erroneously. It has been Identified that this is occurring whenever a job row is added for an employee where the employee already had a row for that effective date already saved.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
CHE Trigger setup
Set up HRMS > Product Related > GP & AM > Triggers > Trigger Definition
Job/ Segmentation / Field : GP_PAYGROUP field -> Trigg Event Comprate
PAY_SYSTEM_FLG field -> Trig Event Job
Review triggers before changing job data
Add job record in Update/Display mode , effdated 01/01/1998. Will not change any data. Setting effseq as 1.
Re-Calculate January 2012
Trigger for PAY_SYSTEM_FLG or GP_PAYGROUP should not be created
