The engine CA_LOAD_UPD is having bad performance, because it is processing each resource ID separately (row-level processing).

First it does the Do Select at step CA_LOAD_UPD.2000.2200 to select the buffer values, such as the resource ID. These buffer values are then processed by the steps CA_LOAD_UPD.2051.Step01, CA_LOAD_UPD.2051.Step02 and CA_LOAD_UPD.2051.Step03.

However, the above steps are processing each resource ID separately. The customer is processing 85,249 rows. So the above steps are called 85,249 times. As a result, the process is running for around 100 minutes.
