FLUID UI: Icons Display as X in Manager Self Service > Pending Approvals when Using Internet Explorer (Doc ID 1980760.1)

Applying People Tools patch 05 on PT 8.54.03 caused the icons not to appear in the fluid mode under approvals.


Issue 1: The icons would not appear in PIA after PeopleTools upgrade in Fluid mode in chrome and Internet Explorer (IE).

Issue 2: After issue was resolved in Chrome, the icons still do not appear in IE


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in Fluid mode
3. Navigate to Manager Self Service, and try to do a transaction and try to check pending approvals. The Icons appear as 'X'
