This explains how to troubleshoot these errors during the login process for ExcelUploadForDeposits:
Authentication was introduced in later versions of ExcelUploadForDeposits. When setup is incorrect, one or both errors may occur during the login process.
- "Login was not successful. Please check your userid or password."
- "An error occurred during the upload. Please check to make sure your settings are correct"
