Getting the error "Invalid user id or password, please re-log in with correct userid and password. Error message no. is (18136, 8010)" on Dialog Login Page that Requires Authentication. (Doc ID 1981673.1)

Symptoms

Dialogs that require a login are not working when the userid and password are specified. It was working for 9.1 but stopped after upgrade to 9.2.

ERROR MESSAGE:
--
"Invalid user id or password, please re-log in with correct userid and password. Error message no. is (18136, 8010)"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a dialog and enable user login
2. Put the dialog to live and try to login to the link sent by dialog with userid, no password even when password is required, it seems to authenticate correctly.
3. Enter a userid and a password, the following error message appears:

"Invalid user id or password, please re-log in with correct userid and password. Error message no. is (18136, 8010)"
