When creating a Production Order (PID) (navigation: Production Control, Define Production, Production IDs/Schedules, Maintain PIDs), the Component Yield is sometimes updated with a value such as 99.xxxx instead 100. How to prevent this and make sure that the Component Yield is updated with 100?

Steps to replicate the issue:

The key to replicate the issue is to make sure you are hitting rounding issues by using a high BOM Quantity and a small Component Quantity at the BOM level. For example a BOM Quantity of 1000 and a Component Quantity 0.9009. The Component Yield is then recalculated to 99.9001 instead of 100.
