Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to run the retro pay calculation, the following error occurs.

008019 - A Retro Pay Request for the sequence number on the paysheet's retro earnings could not be found. This could indicate a data corruption issue. Please check that the Retro Pay Sequence Number below belongs to a Retro Pay Request generated for this employee. If necessary, turn of the 'Ok To Pay' checkbox on this payline to remove the retro earnings from the paycheck.

1.) This error occurs for an employee who has a PS_PAY_OTH_EARNS.RETROPAY_SEQ_NO that is a different employees RETROPAY_SEQ_NO.
2.) The amount of the retropay is the correct amount, the RETROPAY_SEQ_NO is wrong.

Retro information is not correctly loaded into the right retro pay sequence numbers to the other earnings table (PS_PAY_OTH_EARNS) when an employee was transferred from another paygroup and he has a calculated retro pay from ONLY the prior paygroup.
