E-AUDIT DDDAUDIT after Upgrade has unexpected entries

I am doing a PeopleTools Only Upgrade and I have completed upgrading my development environment and see the following in my DDDAUDIT:
TABLE-3) SQL Table defined in the Database and not found in the Application Designer:
SQL Table Name
VIEWS-2) Views defined in the Database and not found in the Application Designer:
7 Total Rows
Can the tables/Views be dropped?
