It appears Exceptions count on TL WorkCenter is not properly updated when a high exception exists. The exception shows on the Timesheet Exceptions tab as well as Manger is able to view the exception via MSS >Time Management >Approve Time and Exceptions>Exceptions. However because Managers are being trained to use the TL WorkCenter this is an issue. This issue occurs regardless whether alert criteria is configured or not.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create an exception and add to rule program.
2. Report Time to generate the exception.
3. Verify the exception shows via the timesheet page.
4. Login as Manager and navigate to WorkCenter Page. Note Exception count is not updated to reflect an exception exists and needs attention.
Due to this issue Managers are unaware of the exceptions and cannot act upon them in a timely manner which causes delays in processing.
