Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other

PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 9.2 - Employee Self Service not working after Upgrade to CRM 9.2

Receive the Message when attempting to Create a Self Service case but it appears everything is set correctly in setup


ERROR

The defaults for your Call Center could not be found. (17831,5219)
Contact your System Administrator to setup the Business Unit that matches your Call Center.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application and select the Create Case from the Self Service pagelet, or from Employee Self service > HelpDesk > Create Cases, or from Employee Self service > HR HelpDesk > Create Cases
Message is immediately displayed:

The defaults for your Call Center could not be found. (17831,5219)
Contact your System Administrator to setup the Business Unit that matches your Call Center.
