E-SES: Messages Time Out on Queue PTSF_SES_FEEDS from SES Index Full Build (Doc ID 1988711.1)

When running the application engine PTSF_GENFEED to build full indexes for SES, the integration broker message Operation Instances on the PTSF_SES_FEEDS queue go to timeout and error status.  This is the message from the App Server logs that they are seeing related to the SES failure

PSBRKHND_dflt.11152 (13868) [2015-01-16T09:40:36.915 BrkProcess](2) (PublishSubscribe): MessageProcessor::Process(): The configured number of retries for publication 3bcfa860-9d9e-11e4-9a6e-e29bbeec3197.PTSF_SES_FEEDS has been exceeded (PSBRKHND_dflt\Max Retries=5; retry count=6). Setting the status to 'ERROR'.

The failure is occurring when performing either a full index build on the Applicant (Development system only) or Job Opening SES Index (in both Production and Development).

There are also may be  series of crashes reported on the Domain supporting IB in a process_state.txt file in the application server LOGS directory.
