Event Collaborators When Removed Are Not Receiving A Notification Of Such Removal

When collaborators on a Sourcing event are removed from the event they are no longer receiving an email notification of the removal from the event collaboration as they did in version 9.1
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1-Create a new Event and add collaborator.
2-Collaborator received an E-mail notification.
3-Now remove that collaborator.
4-No E-mail notification will be sent for removal, In release 9.1 there was an E-mail to be sent to collaborators for removal.
