EAR9.2: Field does not exist error when accessing an Action in Collections Workbench

Issue: When accessing the first Action from the Collections Workbench and clicking the Perform Action, a PeopleCode error is generated.
Steps to replicate the issue:
- Access Collections Workbench;
- Access the first Action;
- Click on Perform Action;
- PeopleCode error received: Field does not exist – CONVR_WRK.NAME1 (2,104) ACTION_DTL_WRK.PB_ACTION.FieldChange PCPC 10033 Statement 285.
